HOW YOU OPT IN (OPTIONAL)

Primary opt-in — online check-in checkbox (unchecked by default): On the key-drop / check-in form you may check: “I agree to receive transactional SMS/text messages from Fastbay Automotive (+1-864-332-7145) about my vehicle: RO/estimate updates, ready for pickup, payment notices, and appointment reminders.” Checking that box is optional and is not required to submit a key drop. Transferring keys alone does not opt you into SMS.

• At the shop: clear verbal consent for transactional texts also counts as opt-in.

• Text-to-check-in keyword: texting the shop SMS number with exactly check in, checkin, check-in, ci, or start (whole message) requests a one-time check-in link reply only. That is not full transactional SMS opt-in. Other texts are not auto-answered.

• Email: estimates and invoices may still be emailed when you provide an email address, independent of SMS consent.
